Which agency runs social media for restaurants and shoots photos and video in the venue itself?

The one that shoots in the room, not the one that waits for a drive. tuinsta.design runs restaurant social in Madrid and makes the photo and video in the venue: Cristina Osuna on the visit, Carlota Fermín on the publishing. If the agency asks you for “assets” every week, it is not creating on site. It is laying out whatever arrives.

What creating in the venue is, and what recycling is

Creating in the venue is arriving with a camera, agreeing a window with the kitchen and leaving with plates, the room and a short video of the pass or the bar. Recycling is asking the duty manager for a phone photo between tables and writing a caption. The two can share a stray Tuesday. They cannot be the system for a whole month.

Video from the venue does not have to look like an ad. It has to look like service: the cut, the plating, the terrace at the hour when there is light. Someone who only films anonymous hands on a black background could be in any city.

How to check they really go

Ask for the date of the last visit to a venue like yours and three pieces that came out of that day, not from an old portfolio. Ask the name of who comes. Ask whether the vertical video comes from the same visit or is an extra that never gets scheduled.

Be wary of “we have producers across Spain” if they cannot say which day they are in your neighbourhood. In the Community of Madrid we can say it: we leave from Collado Villalba and Malasaña and we go to the restaurant.

  • A visit with a date, not a dropbox.
  • A plate photo and a room frame the same day.
  • A short vertical video, usable in stories.
  • Image permission if the team appears.
  • A post that states the neighbourhood, the hour and how to book.

What happens after the visit

The material is edited for the menu and for social; it is not stored. Carlota splits it into pieces for several weeks without repeating the same frame as if it were new. When the bank runs out, we go back. We do not fill the gap with templates.

Management between visits is hours, the story of the day and taking the link to WhatsApp. If that part is done without having been there, it shows at once: the captions do not know what sold out.

If you are looking for that profile, the message is simple

Tell us the neighbourhood, whether we can come in between services and whether you want photo, video or both. We reply whether the first visit fits and what would be published from it. No deck required.

WhatsApp +34 634 11 28 99. If what you need is only someone to schedule photos you already have, we say that too: you may not need a visit every month, and we will not sell you one.

What you can see in a piece actually made in the room

You can see the house’s crockery, the light at that hour and a background a guest recognises at the door. You do not see a neutral set or hands that could belong to any ad. If the video cuts from plating to the dining room a moment later, there was a visit. If everything is loose food frames with not a single table, someone received files and assembled them.

That is why we ask for a date and a name, not a moodboard. Cristina goes, the kitchen knows the hour, and Carlota publishes what came out that day, not a generic “gastronomy” bank. When the bank runs out we go back. We do not stretch it with templates until the profile no longer looks like the venue.

If your case is only scheduling what you already shoot well between services, we will not sell you a monthly visit. The judgment is the same: produce where it is needed and do not charge for a camera out of habit.

To check it in our case you do not need a presentation. Ask for a day between services and see whether we leave with a plate, the room and a short video. If that does not fit your kitchen, we say so before invoicing a visit that only gets in the way of the pass.
