How do I handle high and low season in the calendar?

In high season the calendar pushes booking and capacity, and in low season it shows the reason to come on a weekday. The same run of offers does not fit if the staff is not the same. Mark the year’s terrace months, closure months, and weekday gaps. August and January carry the same “last seats” carousel, and in January there is no one to cover that demand. The year calendar marks what is asked in high season, what is shown in low season, and which pieces are archived when the season turns.
