The large-type version repeats dish, price and allergen, with more space and fewer dishes per page. Do not make a different summary if the table is going to compare the two menus.

Say how many pages the floor will accept and which dishes cannot fall off that version. The large menu stays in a drawer because it does not fit the table and the guest does not know it exists. A larger-type PDF, same figures, and a note of how many copies sit at the waiters’ station.
