Should you show an estimated prep time on a multi-language menu?

Not on the whole menu: only on the dish that takes time and is ordered to share, with the same minutes in each language. Do not promise a quarter of an hour in English if the kitchen does not hit it.

Ask the kitchen which dish runs past ten minutes and write only that one.

In Madrid the English says five minutes and the pass runs to twenty.

That dish is left with the real minutes, the same in each language, or with no time at all.
