Should you highlight allergens with icons on a multi-language menu?

Yes, if the icon is paired with the word in the card's language. No if the icon is explained only in a Spanish key. Put the icon and the word on three dishes and read them in each language. In Madrid the icon without a word leaves the English reader asking what it means. Each allergen is left with an icon and a word in that card's language.
