How do you ask guests what they think of a multi-language menu?

You ask in the language they read the menu in, one thing only: whether they could order without help. Do not send a long survey in Spanish to someone who just read in English. The shift notes, when clearing, whether they had to translate a dish out loud. In the sierra a form goes out in Spanish and the English menu learns nothing. At the end of service you have notes on which word did not land, by language.
