Which fits now, a QR photo menu or a paper menu?

The QR with photos is the better fit if the dish changes or sells out and the paper does not reach the table in time. Paper is the better fit if the menu is short, almost fixed, and in that room it reads better without a screen. In the sierra the photo menu is reprinted every Friday and on weekdays service runs with crossings-out. If the change is weekly, the QR carries the current photos and paper stays as backup.
