How do you handle revisions without letting them drag on?

There is one round of changes on the piece already seen in the venue, gathered in a single message, and a second round only fixes a wrong price, hour or name. If each partner adds a new wish, the piece never ships and the quiet day passes. Name one person who collects comments and sends them together. Come to the review with the current menu, not with loose ideas from the corridor. People ask for “a bit more light” and a dish that was never photographed. The whole shoot is redone because of a hallway comment. The studio marks what belongs in the round and what is another piece. Final files arrive when that round closes, not in endless versions.
