What should I ask of a retoucher so a food story stays real?

Ask for a reflection or something blocking the pass to be cleaned, and not for people, smoke or a plate that did not go out that night to be added. If the retouch changes the service, that chapter is not published.

Mark the fault on the frame, not a note that it should look fuller.
