What do you do if the recipe or the plating changes?

You shoot that dish again as soon as the menu shows the new version. The old photo comes down the same day, even if the rest of the bank still holds. Say when the change is already going to the guest, not while it is still a kitchen test. The miss in the sierra is leaving last season's photo up so the review says it was not that dish. One new file comes in under the dish name and only that card is swapped.
