How do you organise a chef's plating shoot across several Madrid venues?

Each house has its chef's plating, even if the group is the same. One chef's plate is not published on another Madrid venue's menu.

Each house has its chef's plating, even if the group is the same. One chef's plate is not published on another Madrid venue's menu. Ask each chef for their list, and do not assume the point travels. In Madrid the group uses one chef's plate in all three venues and in two of them it is not plated that way. Each chef takes their series, named by venue, without mixing points.

We share tips on light, shots and what each file is for on social, the menu or Google. Short ideas you can apply in the next session or with a phone.
