How do you line the shoot up with an opening campaign?

The shoot happens when the kitchen can already send the opening plate, not on poster day if the pass does not exist yet. It does not line up if the campaign wants photos while the room is still a building site or the menu is open. Have the date you can actually serve, the launch dishes, and where the files will live: facade, menu and ad. Madrid openings get a test plate photographed, and the ad shows a portion the first service no longer sends. You leave with the opening heroes, in campaign order, before the ad goes out.
