A yearly shoot, or one when you need it?

When you need it: when the dish, the crockery or the season changes. A fixed yearly date is wasted if the menu has not moved and the room is the same. Note which months a new menu comes in, and book only those. In Madrid a shoot happens every January out of habit and the same dishes are repeated. The visit happens when there are new dishes, and the folder replaces only those.
