Should I show an estimated cooking time?

Yes, only on the dish that takes longer and that the floor already warns about. Do not put minutes on the whole menu if the pass depends on how many tables are in. Ask the kitchen which dish needs a warning and a range, not an exact minute. The miss is promising twelve minutes and sending it at twenty-five with the room full. That dish carries a line about the wait, and the rest do not pretend to a clock.
