Yes, if that dish is on this week's pass and the floor can explain it in one line. A seasonal badge does not go on a dish that is served the same all year. Mark with the kitchen what comes in for the season and the day it ends. In the sierra a seasonal stamp stays in March on an August dish. This season's dish stays marked, and the mark comes off when it leaves the menu.
