Should I highlight allergens with icons?

Yes, on the digital menu the icon sits next to the word and reads without a hidden key. The drawing alone is not enough: in Spain it has to be possible to read which allergen it is before ordering. Use the same list of fourteen on every dish and try it with someone who does not know the icons. The miss is an icon without text so the table with an allergy cannot tell nut from gluten. The card shows the icon and the word, beside the dish.
