How do you present options without overwhelming people?

You present two paths that meet the same brief, applied to the door, not five logos in a grid. People get lost when they have to pick a drawing without seeing it on the menu. Agree beforehand what is decided in that meeting: the mark, not the crockery or the uniform. One decision per visit. Two proposals, each with sign, menu and avatar, and one line on why it serves the brief. The choice is written in the closing message.
