Who updates the daily dishes without breaking the layout?

Someone on the shift updates it, in the daily-menu fields, without moving blocks or the type. A designer does not update it if the change is the one that happens every morning. In Collado Villalba the daily menu waits for whoever designed it, and at one it is still yesterday's. Those two people change the dishes and the price, and the layout stays the same.
