Which metrics should you watch in the first week with a new community manager?

With a new community manager, the first week shows whether they answered inside the shift, whether they posted a current dish and whether the floor understands the piece. A jump in followers over seven days is not proof the person fits. Give them the voice guide, the week's menu and the name of whoever confirms price and allergy. They are judged on reach and nobody checks a booking message that sat for a day without an answer. A note from the first week: reply times, pieces published and any dish the floor marked as wrong.
