How do you plan a video so you can pull stills from it?

The video is shot in still frames of a second or two, with the whole plate and light that will hold as a photograph. A continuous phone sweep will not give you a sharp thumbnail for the feed afterwards. Cristina Osuna notes beforehand the four shots that must be freezable: dish, detail, room and pass. The reel works in motion and, once you pull a frame, everything is blurred and there is no still for the month. The same recording yields the vertical cut and a folder of chosen frames that can go on the feed.
