The name, the address and the phone have to be identical on the site, on Google, on Instagram and on the awning, character for character. Leaving an old name on a listing «because it has reviews» fails if the guest calls a number that no longer exists. Copy the facts from the invoice or the awning, not from memory, and list every listing where the venue appears. Instagram names one neighbourhood, Google names another doorway and both the driver and the guest end up on the wrong corner. One sheet with the single name, address and phone, and the list of listings already corrected or still pending.
