Which metrics should I ask for in the monthly report?

The month’s report brings messages, bookings or appointments, the pieces that started them, and what changes next month. A long dashboard does not stand in for those lines if they are missing. Ask for that to be the first screen, before any reach chart. The report arrives as a stack of dashboard crops, and you have to hunt for whether anyone booked. Each month opens on the same page: contacts, the pieces that brought them, and the change for the next month.
