How can I tell if the community manager is not performing?

They are not performing if the month has no messages, bookings, or visits that name a piece. A rise in likes does not offset a report that cannot count a table or an appointment. Ask for last month’s report and underline only what ended in a message, a booking, or a visit. The month gets renewed because the feed looks tidy, even though nobody from the neighbourhood wrote. You leave with a four-line reading: messages, bookings or appointments, the pieces that started them, and what changes.
