Do I still need someone inside if I outsource?

Yes, someone in the venue approves pieces, prices and complaints, even if posting happens outside. Leaving the account without that name means the tone drifts quickly. Name who can say yes to a price and to a complaint between two services. The agency asks for the menu in a chat nobody opens until Monday. The engagement names the inside person, their reply hours, and which decisions do not leave that role.
