How do you pull stills from a kitchen or service video for paid ads?

From the cut of the shoot you take the frame where the dish is recognisable, and that frame can be the ad. A dark frame does not work, nor one with a face and no permission. Pause the video on the dish and export a frame, and look at it at ad size. In Madrid a blurred frame is used and the ad is not clear. The ad is left with that clean frame and with a booking or WhatsApp.
