How do you use customer lists?

The list is for not paying for an ad to someone who already comes because of the poster every week, or for telling them about the new food. Do not upload it if they did not give permission. Only people who said yes to news, and this week's food you do want them to see. In the sierra the whole book is uploaded and the ad chases the table that already read the door. Whoever already comes stays out of the new-table ad, and the poster stays on the door for the neighbourhood.
