What should you look at in the first week of the new pieces?

You look at whether messages arrived, whether they were answered and whether the dish in the piece is the one that was served. Applause is not looked at: in seven days what counts is whether anyone asked for that table. Note each message with the day and whether there was room. The new photo is celebrated and nobody wrote. The week’s messages and the tables that came from them.
