Should I include portraits of the team?

Yes, if that face is going on the site or in the press and the person has signed permission. Do not put them in the plate photo: a portrait does not sell the portion, and without permission it cannot be used.

Ask who wants to be in it and for which placement, before the day. In Madrid the group photo is taken at the door and then someone asks for it to be removed, with the ad already running. The portrait, if it is in, goes in its own folder with the permission beside it; it does not slip into the product selection.
