What short wording works in multi-language dish descriptions?

In each language, keep the line to the product, the cut or the doneness, and nothing more. The adjective you would not say at the table does not work, and neither does the sentence translated word for word. Write the line aloud in the target language and keep what the floor would say. In Madrid the English piles on adjectives and does not say whether the dish has gluten. Each card is left with one concrete line and the allergen, in its language.
