What category structure works on a multi-language menu?

Few sections, the same ones and in the same order in every language, with names the floor would use. Translating the titles and changing the order in English does not work. Write the sections in each language and check they hold the same dishes. In Madrid the English splits starters in two and the guest cannot find the dish. Each language is left with the same sections, in the same order.
