Should you show calories on a multi-language menu?

No, unless a group asks you every week and you can put the same figure in each language. Do not put the number only in English and leave it off the Spanish. If you are going to show it, have the kitchen confirm the figure and put it next to the dish in every language. In Madrid the English shows calories from an old card and the dish is no longer that one. Either the figure sits in each language next to the current dish, or it is not published.
