Yes, if the person writing will read the dish with the floor and leave each language complete. No if the text arrives from outside and nobody on the shift has read it aloud. Hand over the kitchen's menu and mark the words that cannot change. In Madrid a tidy office English comes in and the floor would never say it. Each language is left written as the floor would explain it, ready to publish.
