Menus
Should you include pairings on a multi-language menu?
Yes, if the glass can be served today and the wine's name is the same in each language, with a price. No if the pairing is written only in Spanish and in English nobody knows what to order. Hand over this week's glass and the price, and the name you already use on the wine list. In the sierra the English recommends a wine the cellar no longer has. The glass is left named the same way, with a price, in each language, or it is not recommended.
