How do you show allergens clearly on a multi-language menu?

The allergen is written next to the dish, in that card's language, not only as an icon with no key. It is not clear if the icon is explained only in Spanish. Read aloud the allergen on three dishes in each language, the way the floor would say it. In the sierra the egg icon has no word in English and the table asks anyway. Each dish shows the allergen written in the card's language, beside the price.
