How do you make vegan options visible on a multi-language menu?

The vegan option carries the same mark in every language, next to the dish, not in a key that exists only in Spanish. Do not hide it in a footnote the English does not translate. List with the kitchen which dishes are actually vegan and mark them on each card. In Madrid the icon is explained in Spanish and the English card does not say the dish is vegan. The vegan dish is marked the same way in each language, next to the name.
