Menus
How do you keep a multi-language menu easy for older guests?
Large type, one dish per screen and the language by its name, not by an icon. Do not ask for an account or a sign-up to read the menu: that table only needs the price and the allergen. Test the menu with someone on the shift who does not live on the phone, in the language the room asks for. In Madrid the English and the Spanish sit in small type and the table ends up asking to have it read out. The menu stays readable in each language, with the language in view and no extra step.
