How do you use a photo menu as a selling tool?

The menu sells when the large photo is the dish the kitchen wants to send, with the price beside it and the rest small. It does not sell if every photo is the same size and none leads. Pick three dishes for the service and give them the large photo in their block. Those three sit large, with a price, and the rest as thumbnails.
