How do you unify your name, address and phone on the website and the listings?
You pick one spelling of the name, one address with a number and one phone the venue answers, and you paste them the same way on the website, on Google and in the footer of the ads. One extra letter in the street, or an old manager’s mobile, splits the listing in two. The website shows one phone and Google another. Someone calling out of hours lands in a mailbox nobody checks any more, which is common in neighbourhood practices.
