What contrast do you need at night?
At night you need light type on a dark ground, or the reverse, with a jump that reads under the streetlamp and not a grey on beige. The contrast that only shows on the studio screen does not count.

Photograph the poster at the hour people pass, in the street light. The miss is a thin gold on black that is elegant by day and disappears at night. The outdoor piece is tested on that night photo and the colour pair is corrected before printing.
