What should you do after a phone or address change?

You change it the same day on the listing, the ad, the website and the WhatsApp message. An old number on even one of those sends the customer to a bell that is not yours. Make the list: listing, ads, call extensions, website, social and anything printed that is still in circulation. Call the new number from another phone. The website is updated and the ad still has the previous phone. For weeks a click is paid for that never arrives. The list ticked off and a test call and a map check on the day of the change. The ads are not switched back on until that test works.
