How do you prepare creatives if you also run Meta?

The same venue photo works if the Google crop and the Meta crop are exported separately, with the text off the image. You do not prepare an Instagram carousel and expect search to use it. Start from a horizontal photo of the door or the plate and take the square and the horizontal from it. The headline lives in the ad, not burned into the photo. A vertical story is uploaded to a search campaign and the crop is a finger. The click drops because the place is not recognisable. Two files per photo: the one Google asks for and the one Meta asks for, of the same plate. The text of each ad stays in its campaign.
