Should team portraits be in a food story?

Yes, if the person appears working in service and has given permission, because they are part of the day. A separate studio portrait is not needed: without permission, that frame cannot be published on the site or in the press.

Before service, ask who wants to be in it and who does not.

In Madrid the group photo is taken at the end and someone asks for it to be removed once the note is already sent.

If there are faces, the permission travels with that chapter; the rest of the story can be published without them.
