How do I use before-and-after of a refit in a food story?

Before and after are told from the same point in the room, and the after only once there is service. Do not publish the pair if the work is still on: the story would promise a dinner that cannot be booked.

Mark the camera spot on the before day and do not change it when you reopen.

The miss is an after from another corner, which looks like another restaurant.

The pair goes in a separate chapter, with a note not to release it until the first service.
