How do I avoid reflections on glassware and sauces during a food story?

Mid-service the glass is turned for a moment, without killing the room’s light, until the reflection does not swallow the drink. The dining room is not switched off to get a studio shine: the chapter would stop being your night.

Have the drink the room actually pours, not a glass prepared at an empty bar.

The miss is stopping service to relight a glass and losing the frame of the room.

If the glass is in the story, you see the liquid and the dining room is still behind it, not a black background.
