Do I need a written contract and insurance for a food story?

Yes, a message with the service being followed, the uses of the chapters and the date, and insurance for the person walking into the kitchen while service is running. A long contract that does not say that does not help.

Ask who answers if someone crosses the pass and who the chapters belong to.
