Do I need a stylist as well as a photographer for a food story?

No: the style is the real service, plated by the kitchen and served in your room. Another person only comes in if there is a press piece that is not that night’s dinner. Confirm the shift will work as usual, not pose. The miss is stopping the pass to rebuild a plate the room will not repeat. Cristina follows what service gives; styling is not added unless you ask for it for a specific note.
