A banner needs the large file of the dish, not a story crop, with the plate away from the edge. The Instagram JPG fails, because it breaks when it is enlarged. Ask the printer for the size and the margin, and say it before the shutter. In Madrid the phone photo is sent to the banner on the front and the dish comes out pixelated. The print file leaves separately, at the poster size, with the whole plate.
