Yes, if someone on your side will retouch and that is written down. For publishing, the JPGs in the colour of the pass are enough, and the raw file does not replace that handoff.

Say beforehand if the raw file is kept and who opens it, because it is heavy and it does not go on the menu. The miss is keeping only the raw file and having no JPG the floor can post on Friday. The edited JPGs go in the folder for publishing, and the raw file, if it was asked for, sits apart.
