Should the photos be heavy or light?

Not the heavy ones, when the email is read on the phone between the metro and the door: an uncompressed camera file slows the load and sometimes never shows. Yes to a light photo of the dish, recognisable without waiting. Export the photo to screen size, not the original from the shoot. At Botequim and in other venues the plate photo has to show on the phone; the studio file, as it is, does not fit in the email.
