Should I show tax included?

Yes: the menu price is what is charged, tax already inside, as on the bill. A net price on its own fails if the guest has to do sums at the table. Check that the figure on the phone is the one the floor says out loud. In Madrid the QR shows a price without tax and the bill goes up, and the table argues. Each dish shows the final price, the one on the bill, without a second figure.
